Night Cook, Experience needed, must have good team skills, like to do all types of work besides cooking, that includes prep work, cleaning and yes even a little dishwashing now and then. Greg Evans the owner started as a dishwasher at 12 years old and now that he is the owner - he still gets to do them a few times a week.
